Your Performance Program will be designed following a discussion about your goals and an assessment of current skills. Once these have been reviewed by your Occupational Therapist, they will provide ongoing support and resources to help you master the performance level you imagine.
S-PaCe Goal Setting is an important part of any Performance Program and will support reaching successful outcomes
