Sarah Falconbridge

About Sarah

Sarah joins the Early Links team after working in remote and rural locations in the Northern Territory with some of Australia's most at-risk populations for mental health and drug & alcohol related illnesses.

We first met Sarah at Camp Jabiru in 2016 and were happy to welcome Sarah after she moved back into the Sutherland Shire. Sarah brings a happiness like no-other into our teams and her kind-heartedness helps families to feel supported and nurtured
