Movement Explorers

For children who have gross motor skill difficulties

Our team of Occupational Therapists recognise that proficient gross motor and motor coordination skills are important for children in completing everyday activities and participating in social settings. To provide primary school children with this opportunity for skill development, we have decided to run groups each school holidays with a focus on exploring movement, build friendships and build confidence when approaching new challenges.

The group is limited to 4 children (when more than 3 children are present, there will be 2x OTs) and is 6 hours in total. We aim to keep the consistency for all children within the group and for that reason if you are unable to attend one of the days, you will need to speak with our team directly, before we can confirm your child’s place in the group.

LOCATION - Suite 16, 1 Box Road, Caringbah, 2229

COST - $350 total - including a summary letter for your child’s school with practical strategies which can also be implemented at home.
