For children growing their comfort zone

Our team of Occupational Therapists recognise that facilitating opportunities for children to engage in activities outside of their comfort zone is vital in supporting development of independent skills.

This is why we have created the ‘Explorers’ group for young children. These groups provide children with opportunities to experience success in challenging tasks that push them outside of their comfort zone.

Our upcoming group in July 2020, will involve an outdoor activity in a local park for some of the time, weather permitting. Otherwise, we will be in the clinic.
