School Readiness Groups

For children starting school in 2021

Our team of Occupational Therapists recognise that practicing social skills, fine motor skills, and self-care skills are important parts of “being ready” for school. To provide children starting school in January 2021 the best start to learning, we have decided to run groups each school holidays with a focus on providing opportunities to develop important foundational skills, such as fine motor skills, self-regulation and social engagement to promote a successful transition to school next year.

The group are limited to 6 children (when more than 4 children are present, there will be 2x OTs) and is six hours in total. We aim to keep the consistency for all children within the group and for that reason if you are unable to attend one of the days, you will need to speak with our team directly, before we can confirm your child’s place in the group.

COST - $350 total including an update letter for you to share with your new Kindy teacher
