We are here to support your goal achievement and will match your unique situation with an OT who has the training and personality to work in partnership with you. Once you complete this form, our Intake Team will contact you for a Quick Chat, then our Team Leaders will match you with an OT on our team, and the OT will call you to arrange an initial appointment and further sessions (if required).

Early Links is a mobile Occupational Therapy Service, however, we cannot yet deliver services everywhere in the greater Sydney region. Our service delivery is mainly around our clinic in Caringbah, and “referral hub” in the Eastern Suburbs, Ryde, Northern Beaches. As our team grows we aim to grow this radius. If you are close to the boarders represented on the map above, please contact our team and our clinical coordinator will assist you in our most up to date availability.
